Job description for SAP FICO Senior Business Analysis Specialist at Krenovator Tech Sdn Bhd
This role requires a strong understanding of SAP FICO (Financial and Controlling) and its integration with other modules such as SD, MM, and PP. You will support knowledge transfer documentation and processes and report to the SAP CoE Operations FICO Lead, APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
Build knowledge of SBU processes within a short timeframe (1–3 months) to facilitate rapid solutioning.
Gather and analyze business requirements for improvements and implement solutions based on validated user needs, following SAP standards and the Global SAP S/4 template.
Lead small projects and provide long-term support, including incident resolution, system enhancement requests, and project support in SAP S/4 and ECC.
Develop strong working relationships with IT colleagues and business stakeholders.
Quickly gain an understanding of Finance and Controlling processes across the globe (within 3 months).
Evaluate cross-functional impacts of proposed solutions, ensuring adherence to SAP standards and foundational templates.
Qualifications:
Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related business field.
Minimum 3 years of experience with Finance and Controlling (FICO) processes, especially in Controlling and its integration with SD, MM, and PP modules.
Experience in SAP support environments or project implementation in Manufacturing, Finance, and Controlling.
Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager for managing changes, transports, and incidents; experience with SAP CFIN (Central Finance) is a plus.
Strong analytical and technical skills to identify, assess, and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written English), including technical writing.
