Job description for SAP Consultant at Công ty Cổ phần Công nghệ SotaTek

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Participate in SAP implementation, consulting, and optimization across modules: FICO (VN Tax & Financial Reporting), SCM/MM, SD, WM,PP, MM, SD, Expense (EXP)
  • Analyze business requirements and propose suitable SAP solutions
  • Perform system configuration (customizing) based on requirements
  • Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP) for enhancements and developments
  • Support testing (UAT), go-live, and post-implementation activities
  • Prepare documentation: Functional Specs (FS), Technical Specs (TS), user training materials
  • Work closely with stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3–5+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant
  • Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: FICO (required for Finance track). Or MM / SD / WM / PP
  • Mandatory: Experience in developing or working with Vietnam Tax & Billing systems
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS), tax regulations (VAT, PIT, CIT, etc.)
  • Financial or supply chain business processes
  • Experience in full-cycle SAP implementation is a plus
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
  • Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
