Job description for Sales Team Lead at Glints Singapore (Recruitment)
- Develop successful revenue and growth plans (develop programme to generate inbound & outbound leads).
- Oversee and execute plan with the support of sales consultants.
- Scope of work includes but not limited to: Lead Research, Prospecting, Lead Qualification & Scoring, Closing Deals.
- Generate weekly sales reports and recommended actions to achieve targets.
- Continuously assess current processes & workflows to identify room of improvement and implement them.
- Support individual sales consultants to achieve their KPI.
- Recruit, hire and train new sales members.
- Collect, interpret and analyse sales data.
- Bring new disciplines to the table through:
- Scouting for innovation by screening various sensors and innovation sources.
- Market studies of (direct & indirect) competitors and focus industries (e.g.: e-commerce)
- Holding degree/diploma in any discipline.
- At least 2 years’ experience in Sales development (finding, connecting, and qualifying leads) in Fintech, IT, E-commerce, Banking or Finance industries.
- Strong hunting experience.
- Proven track record of successfully leading a Sales development team.
- Strong network of relevant existing connections that you can leverage is a big plus.
- Knowledge of the start-up ecosystem is a plus.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of HubSpot and best practices.
- Attractive commissions on top of base salary of 5000-7000 SGD
