Job description for Sales Team Lead (Partnerships) at Glints Singapore (Recruitment)
- Own the Strategic Partnerships PnL in Singapore. Create a revenue growth strategy, get it approved with stakeholders and execute it.
- Lead a team of BD professionals, motivating them to exceed KPIs and uphold excellent service standards.
- Set up sales, upsell, reactivation flows and performance tracking that the Strategic Partnerships team will follow.
- Identify & prioritize opportunities and lead by example by proactively hunting and closing leads via various inbound and outbound channels.
- Conceptualise and launch online and in-person campaigns with partners like workshops, clinics, webinars, bundled product offerings and others.
- Work with internal Marketing, Sales and Product Teams on various marketing campaigns.
- Manage, improve and expand relationships with strategic partners.
- Collaborate with team leads of other cross functional team to improve cross-team workflows.
- Help company to advance the technical lead by providing input into our software development process.
- Recognised Diploma/Degree in relevant fields.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in Strategic Partnerships in Fintech, IT, E-commerce or Banking & Finance industries.
- Proven track record of successfully leading a Partnerships team.
- Experience in Key Account Management/Business Development.
- Strong network of relevant existing connections that you can leverage is a big plus
- Knowledge of the start-up ecosystem is a plus.
- Being goal oriented, you know how to motivate yourself and your team to find ways to achieve and overachieve under tight deadlines.
- You are an independent thinker, being able to set goals for yourself and to proactively look for new opportunities.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
