Job description for Sales Promoter (Event Job) at NOMADE PTE LTD
We are hiring event sales staff for a pop-up at Takashimaya. If you have an interest in Japanese fashion and shoes, please apply!
Working Period ; Sept 27th - Oct 6th
$13 - 17/hr
Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service & Sales
* Listen to customer needs and suggest appropriate shoes for purchase
* Assist with size fitting and provide fitting support
* Explain product features, benefits, and usage instructions
2. Inventory Management
* Manage and replenish stock
* Conduct regular inventory checks
3. Store Management
* Clean the store and manage displays
* Arrange new products and participate in sales promotions
4. Customer Interaction
* Handle customer complaints and manage returns/exchanges
* Maintain and follow up on customer data
5. Other Duties
* Perform cashier duties (operate register, handle payments)
* Assist with other tasks related to store operations Required Skills & Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred (Candidates with a background working with shoes sales will be advantageous.)
* Knowledge of shoes (materials, maintenance methods, etc.) is an advantage
* Basic PC skills (experience with POS systems is preferred)
