Job description for Sales Planning & Performance Management Specialist at ANHEUSER-BUSCH INBEV SOUTHEAST ASIA
- To support Regional PPM and Regional Sales team enhancing Sales Operations
- Contract proposal screening (historical perf, checklist) for approval
- Coordinate POC planning process with regional team & consolidate LE/Demand forecast
- Master data structuring & maintenance
- Other support to R – PPMs
- Commercial perf. tracking & analysis (Vol/PBO/FOC/NR/HL & MACO/HL, RATE, KPI)
- LE routine and performance - driven
- Commercial controller (FOC/CPT settlement approver as per RM approved schemes )
- Month - end closing (Conso P&L/ Cognos P&L accrual, ACT, CPR and reports)
- VN - 1YP, Cycle Planning SPOC for PPM (coordinate with commercial functions & Supply demand)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
- Minimum 1-2 years in project management/analysis experience.
- Experience in an FMCG company, commercial function
- Experience in direct working with Sales Force
