JOU — Operations & Brand Assistant
We’re looking for a hands-on assistant to support the daily operations of JOU, with a strong focus on consignment management, production support, and brand coordination.
Scope of Work
Consignment & Brand Management
– Create and manage product tags and labels
– Add and organize incoming stock (clothing & accessories)
– Track sales and manage payment sheets
– Coordinate re-orders and follow up with brands
– Assist with sample organization and tracking
Operations
_Maintain organized systems for stock and brand information
– Ensure smooth communication between JOU and partner brands
– Support day-to-day operational needs
Production & Development Support
– Assist in sourcing fabrics and materials
– Follow up with suppliers
– Support development of new pieces
– Help coordinate sampling and production timelines
Marketing & Communication
– Send out marketing materials to partner brands
– Support brand communication when needed
What we’re looking for
– Highly organized and detail-oriented
– Confident communicating with brands and suppliers
– Proactive and able to take initiative
– Comfortable with Google Sheets / basic systems
– Based in Bali
– Experience in fashion, retail, or production is a plus
