Job description for Sales Marketing at PT HIT International
Job Description :
· Mencapai target perolehan proyek yang telah ditetapkan dan pada saat yang sama mampu mengendalikan budget marketing
· Mencari sumber-sumber potensial baru proyek/tender secara aktif
· Mencari customer baru & melakukan follow up customer
· Memastikan target penjualan tercapai sesuai target yang telah ditentukan
· Menguasai teknik Sales dari proses tender, negosiasi hingga closing dengan customer
· Mampu melakukan pendekatan dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan customer
· Menyiapkan data kebutuhan proyek
· Bekerjasama yang baik team internal di dalam perusahaan untuk mencapai target bersama
· Melaporkan semua kegiatan sales & marketing terhadap atasan
. Siap ditugaskan untuk keluar kota
Qualifications :
· Usia max 35 tahun
· Pendidikan S1 Semua jurusan
· Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai sales/marketing proyek
· Menyukai dunia marketing dan berorientasi target
· Memiliki pengalaman melakukan penjualan produk IT (Laptop) dan Security System (Server) menjadi nilai tambah
· Memiliki relasi yang cukup luas untuk proyek pemerintahan ataupun swasta (dalam dan luar kota)
· Memiliki kemampuan dalam membuat penawaran, melakukan presentasi dan meyakinkan klien
· Menguasai Ms. Office (word, excel, power point)
· Menyukai tantangan, aktif, insiatif, komunikatif dan senang bertatap muka dengan banyak orang
· Berpenampilan sopan dan menarik
· Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
· Jujur, disiplin, mampu bekerja dalam tim maupun mandiri
· Memiliki kendaraan pribadi & dapat mengendarai motor atau mobil (memiliki SIM C atau SIM A)
