Our client, a well-established food distribution company in Singapore, is looking for a driven Sales Manager to spearhead sales growth, expand market presence, and develop a winning sales team. What You'll Do
As the Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets.
- Set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to successful deal closure.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business updates for management.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and business performance.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including team management.
- Food industry experience is highly preferred and will be a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in business development, lead generation, and cold calling.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure.
- Able to work on-site in West area, 5.5 days per week.
