Job Purpose:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for how we define and differentiate our customers and how we relate and engage with our B2B customers. Major duties include: providing management communications to the Sales department; training & coaching, monitoring and reporting on sales metrics, and managing the sales administration process.
Essential Duties:
- Identify, assess, and prioritize prospective clients
- Be a deal creator and a deal closer. Be able to sell the value of RaRa Delivery to create demand, secure budget, and close opportunities within multiple industries
- Engage with C-Level and other senior executives at potential clients to tell the RaRa Delivery story and present the value proposition and commercial terms
- Lead the response to RFIs, RFPs, and other formal/informal inquiries from prospective clients
- Lead and develop product and technical presentation with multiple internal divisions/teams and then present said presentation to prospective clients during the sales process
- Collaborate with RaRa Delivery sales, product, marketing, engineering, operations, and finance team to ensure each new client agreement can be commercially successful and profitable
- Build trusted relationships with prospective clients to gain buy-in from key stakeholders, develop their business case, create a sense of urgency and drive a decision
- Negotiate commercial agreements with prospective clients
- Manage closed client accounts and lead on solving problems that may incur.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from reputable Universities
- A minimum of 3-5 years of business experience with related sales and management experience in the logistics, mobile, software, or technology services industry.
- Strategic thinking and thought leadership.
- Enterprise sales skills with excellent articulation skills.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Having a can-do attitude, drive to make it happen, and hungry for results.
- Possesses effective and proven sales experience
- Fluent in English written and verbal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other software programs and tools necessary to operate effectively with company systems and programs
