Job description for Sales Manager at Colearn
What will you do in the role?
- Handling a team of 50+ field sales executives and 4-6 field sales supervisors.
- Meeting with field sales supervisors to discuss field sales strategies.
- Training junior field sales executives and supervisors.
- Implementing field sales strategies.
- Managing the field sales team.
- Monitoring the performance of the field sales team.
- Meeting daily, weekly and monthly field sales targets.
- Compiling and presenting sales reports.
- Improving the metrics like scheduled to met and met to paid.
About you
- Previous experience working as a field sales executive, supervisor, and manager.
- Strong managerial and sales skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to write and present reports.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Goal and results-driven individual.
- Knowledge of CRM utilization.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products, and procedures.
- Fluent in English.
