Job description for Sales Manager at Klinik Pintar
- Responsible for acquiring new partners and patients
- Increasing company’s revenue from multiple sources
- Develop B2B Customer segment of Klinik Pintar product / service
- Increase revenue generation of the business; push & finding internal and external source of revenue
- Acquire new clients and coordinate activities on both companies (onboarding phase, maintaining the relationship, etc.)
- Maintain pipeline for various types of partnership acquisition including strategic partnership for joint sales/service, OTA channel acquisition
- Establish and manage a team under Sales
- 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development field, all majors are welcome to apply
- Have broad HR connection and/or insurance partnership
- Able to operate sales monitoring tools (Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) and Microsoft Office
- Strong people management skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
- Fluent in English
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta (WFO)
