Job Description:
AYP Group is looking for a Sales Leader. In this role, you will sell a complete line of HR software and services to prospects of clients & customers in Indonesia and the South East Asia region.
Responsibilities:
- Hit or exceed assigned sales goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Prospect through sales leads generated from a variety of sources
- Connect customers’ business needs with AYP products and services
- Cross-sell other AYP solutions to existing clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Extensive experience selling SaaS/Cloud based software to C-levels within Indonesia
- Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position Juztalent or AYP Group within prospective accounts
- Ability to understand and effectively explain the benefits of an on-demand/web services/ Cloud / SaaS architecture
- Experience cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners and alliances
- Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from plan to close with a track record of successful revenue attainment
- Proven experience of pulling together different business units to maximize on sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
