Tugas dan Tanggungjawab :

1. Prospecting & Pencarian Pelanggan Baru

  • Mencari calon pelanggan potensial di area yang ditentukan.
  • Melakukan canvassing, door to door, atau kunjungan langsung.

2. Promosi & Presentasi Produk

  • Menjelaskan produk/jasa perusahaan kepada calon pelanggan.
  • Memberikan demo produk (jika ada).
  • Membagikan brosur atau materi promosi.

3. Penawaran & Negosiasi

  • Meyakinkan calon pelanggan untuk berlangganan/membeli.
  • Melakukan follow-up terhadap prospek yang sudah dihubungi.
  • Negosiasi harga, paket, atau promo sesuai kebijakan perusahaan.

4. Penjualan & Target

  • Melakukan transaksi penjualan sesuai target yang ditentukan perusahaan.
  • Memasukkan data penjualan ke sistem atau laporan harian.

5. Layanan & Hubungan Pelanggan

  • Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan baru maupun lama.
  • Memberikan informasi terkait layanan purna jual (after sales service).

6. Pelaporan & Evaluasi

  • Membuat laporan penjualan harian/mingguan/bulanan.
  • Melaporkan kondisi lapangan, respon pelanggan, dan kompetitor.
