Job description for Sales Executive at Look Media
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience in media, creative, digital, or consulting industries, with proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication & client-handling skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and fast-paced.
- Able to join immediately and willing to work on-site at Look Media’s Workshop (Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta).
Responsibilities:
- Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle (lead gen → pitching → proposals → closing).
- Manage and expand B2B and B2G client portfolios, including corporate and government institutions.
- Identify new potential customers.
- Deliver tailored presentations & pitching materials.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams for successful project delivery.
