Job description for Sales Executive at Glee Trees Pte. Ltd.

We are looking for a diligent individual who has the maturity to work with enterprise customers in Indonesia
  • Find new customers and channel partners
  • Keep up with trends and competitors to identify improvements or new products
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers (both technically and commercially)
  • Working closely with customers to determine and capture their requirements
  • Making recommendations about how to satisfy customer requirements using Gleematic
  • Demonstrating the Gleematic software to clients
  • Computer-savvy and willing to learn how to use Gleematic
  • Attending on-site meetings and events to generate leads.
Salary: basic + commission

Requirements
  • Based or willing to be placed in Jakarta
  • Ability to speak and write English in professional proficiency level (a must)
  • Open to Fresh Graduates and Intern Experience in b2b sales
  • Ability to communicate with customers and understand their concerns/ requirements
  • Proactive, resourceful, and independent worker who is passionate about self-learning
  • Communication skills and ability to present ideas logically
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup culture with minimal hand-holding
  • Ability to negotiate and understand marketing skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, willing to go the extra mile
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations
  • Fast learner and quick thinker
  • Passionate about sales
  • Competence in adapting to and growing in a competitive environment
  • Optional: Experience working in enterprise software sales will be an advantage
