Job description for Sales Executive at PT Samudera Pacific Maju
1. Mencari customer baru (new shipper) melalui telepon, internet, database yang sudah ada, dsb.
2. Memberikan penawaran harga melalui email fax dan visit ke target customer, dll.
3. Follow up penawaran hingga proses closing/deal.
4. Mampu mencari harga Freight terbaik untuk pengiriman domestic maupun ekspor/impor
5. Melaporkan hasil kerja sesuai sebelum deadline.
6. Melporkan rencana market dan target account melalui CFS / system perusahaan.
7. Memonitor barang yang akan dikirim hingga sampai ke tujuan (akan dibantu oleh Customer Service).
8. Menjalin hubungan baik dengan customer.
9. Mampu menjelaskan kejadian secara terperinci (apabila terjadi masalah)
10. Mampu menjelaskan masalah transportasi kepada customer.
11. Membentuk jaringan yang luas untuk kepentingan bisnis dan pengembangan perusahaan.
12. Memiliki track record yang sukses sebagai seorang Sales Executive.
