Job description for Sales Executive at MAJU GROUP

Tugas Sales:

Mencari Prospek (Lead Generation)

Mengidentifikasi calon pelanggan potensial melalui riset, networking, media sosial, dan strategi pemasaran.

Menjalin Hubungan dengan Pelanggan

Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan calon maupun pelanggan lama.

Melakukan Presentasi Produk/Jasa

Menjelaskan manfaat produk atau layanan kepada pelanggan dengan cara yang meyakinkan dan menarik.

Menangani Negosiasi dan Closing

Melakukan penawaran harga, negosiasi, hingga menutup penjualan (closing deal).

Mencapai Target Penjualan

Bekerja untuk mencapai atau melebihi target penjualan bulanan/tahunan yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan.

Follow-up Pelanggan

Menindaklanjuti prospek yang belum closing dan menjaga komunikasi dengan pelanggan pasca-penjualan.

Input dan Update Data Penjualan

Mencatat aktivitas penjualan, data pelanggan, dan status prospek di sistem CRM atau spreadsheet internal.

Menganalisis Pasar dan Kompetitor

Memahami tren pasar, perilaku konsumen, serta kekuatan dan kelemahan produk dibanding kompetitor.

Berkoordinasi dengan Tim Internal

Bekerja sama dengan tim marketing, customer service, atau operasional untuk memastikan pengalaman pelanggan yang baik.

Memberikan Laporan Penjualan

Menyusun laporan performa penjualan secara berkala kepada atasan.
