Job description for SALES EXECUTIVE at Finjobs
- Approaching Corporate Clients in the Financial Services Industry to advise them on using Finjobs.vn services
- Perform onboarding activities and product demonstrations post-purchase to educate customers on product functionality and available resources to receive maximum value from using Finjobs.vn
- Support the recruitment process for the select clients as a talent acquisition advisor
- Build very strong relationships within the customer and become a trusted advisor
- Escalate clients’ issues that need broader help
- Regular communication across the stakeholders includes the Customer, Marketing, product team in order to support the client's success.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Finjobs platform and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs.
- Vietnamese, 0.5-3 years of experience in the B2B Sales role
- Knowledge in processes, systems and methodologies in Financial Service industry is an advantage
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, sales, rapidly evolving technology environment
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively across the experience/ management spectrum, translate between technical and non-technical teams, and can empathetically communicate a customer’s pain to internal Finjobs.vn team
