Job description for Sales Executive at SOLS Energy
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs about EVSE, charging infrastructure, standards, and services to potential customers or dealers;
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Assist in collateral development by developing content, designs and communication strategies
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Manage and incorporate Charge Singh products to the Malaysian market
- Persuade clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
Communication
- Establish new, and maintain existing, relationships with clients, stakeholders and solar energy companies;
- Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Administration
- Provide customers with information such as quotes, orders, sales, shipping, warranties, credit, funding options, incentives, or tax rebates
- Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, or presentations for potential customers
