Job description for Sales Executive (Property Management) at Bespoke Habitat Pte Ltd
1. Scope of Work
- Responsible for bringing in new prospect to view the property.
- Execution of sales action plans and responsible for achieving the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Maintain good relationship with existing partners
- Work closely with the Tenant Management team to ensure
- Responsible for maintaining accurate document including sales targets and actual sales figures, and weekly meeting reports.
- Actively participates in discussions and proposes improvements to sales processes
- Any other sales-related or project management duty that may be assigned
2. Requirements
- A good communication skills set will be a plus point.
- Fresh graduates with demonstrated drive to achieve are encourage to apply
- Self-motivated and high drive for setting and achieving stretched targets
- Good presentation skills and proficiency in relating to clients
- Good numeracy and negotiation skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- High level of integrity
- Good team-player
- Valid Class 3 Driving License will be good as company will provide transport.
This position pays a basic salary (indicated as the gross salary range) and an additional sales commission.
