Sales Executive – Project & Retail

Job Desc:

1. Maintenance project
2. Conduct approaches to consultants, architects, and developers to ensure the company’s products are specified in project requirements.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and project owners.
4. Deliver technical product presentations, including specifications, advantages, and applications.
5. Provide technical solutions based on project needs (custom products/designs).
6. Identify new project opportunities and monitor project developments.
7. Support the tender process by ensuring the company’s products are included in specification documents.
8. Prepare regular reports on visit activities and project progress.
9. Conduct market and competitor analysis for similar products.

Qualification

1. Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or other relevant fields.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Preferably non-Hijab & Muslim (for Lebaran backup).
4. Strong communication and presentation skills
5. Familiar with AutoCAD or other technical drawing.
6. At least 1 year of experience in marketing and sales
7. Experience in the building materials or construction industry.
8. Willing to be placed in North Bekasi, Jakarta, Cikarang and to participate in the recruitment process offline
