Job description for Sales Executive Bali Area at Cove
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s tenants base and ensures its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting tenant relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and analyses.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Experience in co-living/ prop-tech is a plus
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Sales
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Familiar with sales targets and able to create sales strategies
- Highly motivated, dedicated, and have a ‘can-do attitude'
- Problem-solving and data analysis skills
