Job Description – Sales Engineering
- Identify and develop new potential customers in the hydraulic and industrial equipment industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Present products and provide technical explanations to customers
- Promote heavy machinery spare parts for construction, mining, and manufacturing industries
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs
- Develop sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Prepare quotations, follow up customer inquiries, and negotiate business deals
- Manage customer accounts and maintain long-term business relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers regarding customer requirements
- Provide after-sales support and assist customers with technical issues
- Prepare regular sales reports and customer activity reports
- Communicate with local and international customers in English and/or Mandarin when required
- Must be able to drive a car and possess a valid driving license (SIM A)
- Preferably domiciled in Kabupaten Bekasi area or nearby locations
