Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, communicative, and target-oriented individual to help grow our educational programs and learning solutions. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with schools, educational institutions, local governments, strategic partners, and other stakeholders to expand program reach and drive sales growth.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage multiple activities or projects simultaneously.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment with a strong results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Bahasa & English at a working level, both written and spoken.
• Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or the education industry is preferred, and willingness to travel across Indonesia for business purposes.
Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets for educational products, programs, and learning solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding market reach within assigned territories.
• Plan and execute marketing, promotional, and sales activities to support business growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, government agencies, partners, and customers.
• Conduct presentations, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure the successful implementation of programs and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities and challenges in the field, provide effective solutions, and maintain proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
