Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major, preferably Communication, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability in prospecting, customer follow-up, and achieving sales targets.
- Experience or understanding of marketplace and social commerce platforms is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the reseller network by recruiting new resellers.
- Build and maintain relationships with active resellers to increase repeat orders and sales growth.
- Oversee the reseller onboarding process, including product listing and activation.
- Monitor sales performance and ongoing reseller programs.
- Create and manage promotional content related to reseller programs and campaigns.
