Essentials:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Director or Sales Manager in the retail industry
- Able to work during the USA time zone
- Must be a self-starter and highly motivated.
- Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills
- A team leader who is able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating the sales and marketing team(s).
- Set both short and long-term goals and put in place business strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
- Manage direct sales, close deals, win new opportunities, as well as identify potential new sales channels.
- Build key customer relationships with existing and future KYUTEE customers
- Build strong business relationships with existing Partners.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Ability to lead a sales team.
