Mintology is a new business operation which is focused on serving up the Mintable core technology to enterprises in a B2B, “Software as a Service” type proposition. This allows large brands to take control of their NFT strategy, whilst not having to build the technology themselves. We call this “NFT as a Service”. The role will be focused on our 4 core product pillars: NFT Launchpad; Promotional NFTs; Gasless Minting; Value Added Services.
Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager: Mintology, the USA Sales Manager will spearhead the go to market strategy for our direct sales efforts in the USA.
This is a USA focused role and will be supported by the marketing efforts to generate lead flow, however, it is expected that you are a self-starter and will be able to generate and nurture your own leads and close deals based on your own initiative and efforts.

As a Player Manager role, you will be tasked with your own individual sales targets as well as that of the team.
You will be responsible for hiring, training, nurturing, and all performance related metrics for your local team.
You will be tasked with developing a territory and account-based business development strategy to ensure you can hit your primary goal of acquiring net new customers and hitting aggressive growth targets.
You will be measured on Total Contract Value (TCV) deals closed and Incremental Monthly Recurring Revenue (IMRR).
What you will accomplish:
- Your primary goal is to work in tandem with the team to ensure Mintology hits its financial revenue objectives
- Be responsible for a revenue number and for building, training and nurturing a team of sales professionals
- Develop your go to market strategy around specific market verticals, use cases and target accounts
- Strategy broken down in clearly defined plans to hit internal Objectives and Key Results (OKR’s) measured monthly, quarterly and yearly
- All target accounts must be populated and managed via the internal CRM toolsWork with partners, channels, resellers as necessary to enable you to multiply your impact
- Once customers are signed up, work to ensure you nurture the relationships for any cross and upsell
- Set up and manage a customer feedback loop regarding customer satisfaction and retention (Net Promoter Score)
- Work with the Product Management team on market research across the product spectrum to fine tune the offering and plan the product roadmap
- Work with our Growth Marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across all online B2B channelsWork with our CRM system to plan email marketing & campaign management to prospect base, to manage education and conversion strategy
- Ensure all inbound leads which are generated are well qualified and that the correct resources are allocated adequately and prioritized based on success metrics for closing
