Scope of Work:
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email
- Coordinate servicing schedules between customers and technicians
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic sales documentation
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Maintain customer records and assist with daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and Google/Microsoft Office
- Prior customer service or coordination experience preferred
