Job description for Sales Consultant at Korea Artiz Studio Pte. Ltd.

Job Scope
● Executes the day-to-day operations of the Korea Artiz Studio Bridal store under the guidance of the sales manager
● Addresses customer service issues in the store and work to resolve all issues following the Grey Zone Guidelines without escalating to sales manager; if possible, addressing issues in the moment
● Drives achievement of customer service/satisfaction goals and standards
● Achieve designated sales target and maintain customer relationship
Requirement
● Minimal prior experience welcomed
● 6 days off per month ● Ability to converse in both Chinese & English is required
● Proactive and always seeking new ways to improve yourself and your role
