About The Company:
⦁ The working venue is in Karawang, West Java.
⦁ Our client is an Automotive Parts (Manufacturing) company. Currently, they are looking for a Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities:
⦁ Manage and develop business relationships with existing customers, particularly manufacturing companies in the automotive, electronics, heavy equipment, and related industries
⦁ Actively identify, acquire, and develop new customers to increase sales and expand market share
⦁ Conduct regular customer visits to understand customer needs, identify new project opportunities, and provide appropriate technical solutions
⦁ Receive and follow up on Requests for Quotation (RFQs), coordinating with Engineering, Process Engineering, Estimation, and Production teams to prepare quotations
⦁ Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, product specifications, lead time, payment terms, and other commercial conditions until agreements are reached
⦁ Coordinate closely with Sales Administration, Engineering, Production, PPIC, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure orders are processed according to schedule
⦁ Monitor order progress from Purchase Order (PO) receipt through production and delivery to ensure on-time shipment
⦁ Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive, responsive, and solution-oriented communication
⦁ Handle customer complaints by coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure timely and effective resolution
⦁ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities to support sales strategy development
⦁ Prepare regular reports on customer visits, sales pipeline, sales forecasts, customer activities, and sales performance for management
⦁ Participate in industry exhibitions, customer meetings, and other business events to expand professional networks and generate new sales opportunities
⦁ Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and the commitment to customer satisfaction
⦁ Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
⦁ Minimum High School's degree
⦁ High Conversational proficiency
⦁ At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive handling Automotive Jigs, Tools, and Dies to an Automotive manufacturers
⦁ Able to read drawings
⦁ Own driving license (SIM A)
⦁ Good communication skills, good work ethics
