Job description for Sales Associate at Hmlet Central Pte. Ltd.
About the job
Hmlet is a Singapore-founded flexible living operator with a consolidated portfolio of ~3,000 units across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan. Hmlet operates as part of FL Holdings, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Estate - one of Japan's largest real estate conglomerates. Backed by Mitsubishi Estate's institutional capital and deep real estate expertise, Hmlet is focused on operational excellence, portfolio optimisation, and building a fully integrated, technology-driven flexible living ecosystem across the region, with a target to expand to over 35,000 rooms globally by 2035.
As a Remote Sales Associate (Leasing Specialist) at Hmlet, you will be actively discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating, and closing deals as well as maintaining customer satisfaction. - Inventory & Pricing Monitoring: Monitor the live pricing and availability sheet daily to ensure accurate quoting, optimise sell performance, and flag anomalies to the revenue or operations team.
- Customer & Community Management: Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and concerns, apply the conflict resolution process, and escalate issues appropriately while maintaining a positive resident experience.
- Time-to-First-Contact (TTFC) Ownership: Respond to all inbound enquiries within the defined SLA, and maintain accountability for TTFC metrics in weekly performance reviews.
