Sales and Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company's products and engineering services.

• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.

• Manage customer enquiries and provide timely technical support.

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

• Prepare cost estimates and generate quotations for customers.

• Provide on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and engineering support.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Provide technical consultation and application support to customers.

• Identify and develop new market opportunities and applications.

• Support the Sales Manager in implementing sales and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.

• Good technical knowledge of electrical equipment and industrial products, including electric motors, pumps, fans, blowers, and motor control systems (e.g. Soft Starters, Variable Speed Drives (VSD), Direct-On-Line (DOL) Starters).

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Strong business development mindset with a passion for sales.

• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle is an advantage.
