Job description for Sales and Partnerships Executive at Aximtrade
- Formulate business development strategies to acquire new business opportunities, initiate business development activities, develop and manage key relationships.
- Make calls to clients to maintain relationship and meet them on regular basis.
- Tap on existing relationships with clients to generate new business or obtain referrals and new leads
- Educate clients on operating MT4 platform and basic forex knowledge and provide assistance if they require support
- Follow the guidelines set by the compliance department with regards to processing client documentation according to company’s requirements.
- Keeping abreast of financial news and updates, undergo constant upgrading training to ensure one is updated with latest financial trends and developments.
- Close monitoring of client's profile to maintain high standards of client service
- Deliver top notch client service avoiding any conflict with clients and to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
- A university degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking/ Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in Sales in forex or CFDs is a must.
- Good English conversational and writing skills.
- Good Vietnamese conversational and writing skills.
- Strong negotiation, problem solving and excellent networking skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business as well as ability to work under pressure to meet KPI.
- Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis.
- Previous experience in using MT4 platform preferred.
