About Kartafarm
Kartafarm is an organic farm and plantation producing certified organic, pesticide-free produce for households, schools, cafés, restaurants, and retail partners across Indonesia. We work closely with local farmers and focus on sustainable agriculture, honest sourcing, and long-term partnerships.
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist who is commercially driven, creative, organized, and able to execute consistently, both in the field and on social media.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on role supporting sales, marketing, and expansion initiatives. You will work closely with the General Manager to execute B2B and B2C sales, retail (including supermarket) expansion, and marketing/content initiatives both on the ground and online.

Key Responsibilities
Sales, B2B & Expansion Support
- Support acquisition of new B2B customers (restaurants, cafés, schools, distributors)
- Support B2C sales initiatives and customer engagement
- Assist with retail and supermarket expansion, including identifying potential
- partners, outreach, meetings, onboarding, and trials
- Conduct in-person visits, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Manage WhatsApp customer and retail partner communications, including
- inquiries, order coordination, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Prepare quotations, pricing calculations, and commercial proposals
- Assist in negotiations while maintaining healthy margins
- Help maintain and grow existing customer and retail accounts
Marketing & Content Execution
- Execute marketing ideas and campaigns aligned with the company’s vision
- Assist in filming and producing content across social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Edit short- and long-form content using tools including (but not limited to): Capcut & Canva
- Support content posting, basic analytics, and community engagement
- Assist with collaborations, activations, events, and farm visits
Commercial & Compliance Awareness
- Apply understanding of pricing, margins, and basic marketing strategies
- Support compliance with Indonesian food regulations, including distribution and Halal considerations
- Coordinate closely with farm and operations teams to align supply with demand
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong passion for organic farming, sustainable food, and willingness to learn
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or digital marketing, preferably in the food & beverage industry
- Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Hands-on experience with CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills
- Quick-thinking, creative problem solver with a hunter mentality
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Age range: 25–35 years
- Possess a valid Indonesian driver’s license and own mode of transport
- Comfortable traveling and working fully on-site

- Experience with supermarket or modern trade onboarding
- Network in retail, F&B, or distribution
- On-camera confidence or willingness to appear in content
