Job description
Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential social sellers on social media platforms
- Expand the community of sellers
- Project manage the sales pipeline
- Follow-up with sellers and customers
- Service both sellers and customers on any inquiries
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
- Manage social media pages and planning of their media calendar
Qualifications
- No prior experience needed. Retail-based experience preferred
- Can work under ambiguity
- Can work in a start-up culture
- Have hunter mentality
- Self-starter with a strong internal drive
- Strong interpersonal (EQ) skills (written, spoken)
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Can project manage multiple projects on the pipeline
- Hard-working and disciplined
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- At least 1 - 3 years of experience in media, advertising and/or related industries.
