Position: Sales & Growth Specialist
- Location: Hybrid (3 Days In-Office / 2 Days Remote)
- Reports To: CEO
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Sales & Growth Specialist who can both build sales systems and drive revenue directly. You will manage and optimise funnels while actively generating leads, closing deals, and forming partnerships.
You will work closely with the CEO, owning sales strategy, execution, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimise sales funnels (lead → conversion → retention)
- Drive outbound sales and generate new business
- Manage and convert inbound leads
- Develop sales strategies, scripts, and offers
- Track performance metrics (conversion, CAC, LTV)
- Manage CRM systems and improve sales processes
Requirements
- Experience in sales and/or funnel development
- Strong understanding of CRM and digital sales tools
- Ability to generate leads and close independently
- Data-driven mindset with clear reporting discipline
- Comfortable taking ownership and working directly with leadership
- Health/wellness experience is a plus
