About the role
iMiTYWORKS are seeking a results-driven Business Development executive to identify new market opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our design studio. You will act as the bridge between client business goals and our creative team's visual solutions. Identify, research, and qualify local and international leads
Your Key Responsibilities
- Business development: Lead generation, proactively identify and pursue new business through targeted outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Customer proposal development: Customize proposals for prospective clients' brand needs and present tailored design solutions that demonstrate clear value.
- Account management: Nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Proposal development: Collaborate with the design team to draft compelling, high-impact project proposals, handle contract negotiations and studio strategy.
- Own client relationships end-to-end, lead meetings, presenting, and ensure an exceptional client experience
- Reporting: Maintain and grow a disciplined sales pipeline with bi-weekly progress reports
- Working with international clients, where time difference is a factor and are required to hold meetings following clients timezones and convenience.
Who we’re looking for
- University graduate with Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Marketing/Communications with GPA min 3.2
- 2–3 years of experience working in an agency or studio, preferably in a design agency
- Comfortable speaking, writting and presenting in english
- Familiar with Canva and Microsoft office, excel, and power point
- Results-oriented with love for systems, process improvement, organize process and tracking outcomes
- This is a work from home position, you have got to have a reliable Internet connection
