Job description
IPHub, a subsidiary of Reanda Bernardi, is an integrated virtual office, business outsourcing, and business consulting services that creates an ecosystem for business startups. The parent company, Reanda Bernardi itself, is an integrated accounting and advisory firm that has served the Indonesian market for more than 40 years. Responsibilities :
- Creating customers requirements quotations
- Communicating with customers on their requirements and product updates
- Managing business licenses with regulatory offices and other third-parties
- Delivering documents to clients and other third-parties (10% of the time)
- Maintain and update customer and repository data regularly
- Managing brand activities to schedule and plan communication activities based on each objective.
- Managing website content (i.e IPHub website )
- Reporting monthly activities result and learning
Requirements :
- Preferably Male
- Age between 22 - 26 years old
- Vocational school or diploma degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Required language(s): Bahasa, English (written + basic spoken)
- Has advanced skill in using Microsoft Office.
- Passion for selling product and services
- Have a client-first mentality and focus on customer engagement
- Good networking skill, communication skill, time management, open-minded, and creative
- Willing to work in the field (50% of the time)
