Job description for Sales Admin at Glints
- Maintaining and updating sales records, including record clients, and ensuring all supporting documents related to sales are well documented
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks if required
- Work closely and coordinate with the sales team, finance, and operations as required
- Bachelor of Business Administration or similar preferred from a reputable school in Indonesia
- Min. 1 year of experience as a Sales Admin or Sales Support. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency with Google docs, spreadsheet, or excel formula (e.g pivot, vlookup, etc). Experience working with Hubspot will be a plus point.
- Organized, meticulous, and attentive to detail
- Hardworking and reliable, able to handle multiple streams of work and prioritize efficiently
- Adaptable and able to learn quickly
- A team player, but also a self-starter; able to work independently but also collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- A good command of English, both verbal and written
