Job description for Sales Admin Internship at PT. Borwita Indah
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and submit Jajanbox campaigns on Shopee as well as other marketing activities, including ensuring promotions run according to schedule and guidelines.
- Responsible as Customer Service for Jajanbox & Primart stores, including answering customer inquiries, handling complaints, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the creation of digital content, including simple designs and serving as a talent in live streaming to increase brand awareness and sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum education of Diploma (D3), preferably in Marketing, Management, or Communication. (Active student wit no class attend)
- Possess selling skills and the ability to understand online consumer behavior.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, especially in marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, responsive, and customer-oriented.
- Proficient in using Canva or other basic editing applications for content needs.
- Experience as a live streaming talent or willingness to learn to appear on camera is an advantage.
- Available for Training 1 month in Taman, Sidoarjo
