Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and experience
- Ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction
- Recommend gowns that suits customer’s requirement and assist customer in trying of gowns
- Hold fitting sessions for measurements taking and final fitting of gowns
- Inventory management
- Build strong customer relationships and support
- Handle customer requests, enquiries and follow-ups
- Quality control of gowns including touching up of gowns such as sewing beads and laces
- Coordinate and assist in packing orders prior to delivery
- Achieve sales target with active participation in contributing towards sales goals
- Daily housekeeping duties
Job Requirements:
- Positive attitude
- Self-driven
- Patience & responsibility a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attention to details
- Genuine interest to play an important role for a couple's big day
- Knowledge of fabrics and measurement is a plus
- Able to do basic sewing
- Entry level candidates with a passion in the wedding industry are encouraged to apply
- Work Days: Wed to Sun and public holidays, Mon & Tues off
- Working hours: Wed to Fri (1pm to 10pm) & weekends (from 10am to 9pm).
Remuneration:
Basic $2000 (Up to $3000 with Overtime & Commission)
Probation pay will be $1800
