Job description for RETAIL MARKETING SPECIALIST at PT SWAKARYA INSAN MANDIRI (SIM GROUP)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end retail marketing activation events, from planning to post-event evaluation.
- Develop event concepts, timelines, sales targets, cost ratios, and budgets.
- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, talent agencies, influencers, and mall management
- Coordinate logistics, promotions, and store operations to ensure smooth event execution.
- Monitor event activities and prepare post-event reports, including KPIs, visitor numbers, and sales results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in retail marketing, marketing administration, or similar roles, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, or FMCG industries.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Familiarity with basic graphic design tools is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of retail marketing strategies and point-of-sale promotions is preferred.
