Job description for Retail and Customer Service Manager at BUUMI Playscape
- Oversee and hold accountable for daily business operations on retail and customer service
- Establish operational target, KPIs, budget, and procedures
- Lead in-store sales initiatives to ensure achievement of business target
- Lead initiatives to improve customer experience and operational performance, e.g. SOP implementation, customer service excellence, retail excellence, etc
- Lead administration of customer service operations
- Manage team performance by recruiting, training, coaching, and appraising personnel
- Provide regular report/analysis of business performance and productivity to management
- Manage relationship with business partners, vendors, key customers
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant major, Master’s degree/MBA is a plus
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and conversational
- Experienced more than 3 years in similar position, preferably in hospitality or retail industry
- Strong leadership, managerial, problem solving, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of various software/system related to business and retail (Ms Office, POS, payment system, etc)
- Enjoy working with children and family
