Job description for Restaurant/Store Supervisor at PT. Sarana Indonesia Maju
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant/Store Supervisor to oversee daily outlet operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer service while achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant/store to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the outlet team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and minimize product waste.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate with management to execute promotional campaigns and operational improvements.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Store Supervisor, or Assistant Store Manager in the F&B industry.
- Previous experience with Shihlin Chicken Snack is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
