Job Description
- Manage daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts and ensure smooth shift performance.
- Work hands-on with the team, including kitchen operations, cashiering, order handling, customer service, and cleaning.
- Ensure service speed, order accuracy, food quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions, stock, and inventory during the shift.
- Lead and assign staff, manage breaks, and address performance issues.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and company SOPs.
- Monitor equipment and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the Area Manager and support teams to resolve operational issues.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant QSR experience.
- Experience with McDonald’s, KFC, Domino’s, Pizza Hut, or equivalent brands is preferred.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Must not have previous work experience in Kuwait.
