We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative and Reservation Agent to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and looking to contribute to a dynamic and forward-thinking organization in one of Indonesia's most vibrant locations.

The Customer Service Representative and Reservation Agent will be responsible for:

* handling customer inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

* Key responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, providing information about services and products, assisting with booking and cancellations, resolving customer issues, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

* The role also involves using online travel agencies (OTAs) for reservations and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication and support.

This position is available for :

*HYBRID work arrangements.

* Candidates must have completed SMA/SMK and Hospitality Diploma education

* 1 and 3 years of relevant experience.

* Strong skills in call center operations, customer service, problem solving, teamwork, customer support, customer relationship management, communication, and OTA reservations are required.
