Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems, OTAs, and channel management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation-related systems.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work in a dynamic hospitality environment.
- Available to join immediately is preferred.
