Job Description
1. Data management and entry
• Collate data and conduct research to gather relevant information to support our research initiatives
• Conduct data entry and manage the database
• Boost research rigour and build content on various property segments
2. To create dashboards, charts and data visualisation for slides and presentations
• Update, collate, and format research charts and graphs
• Create dashboards using analytics tool on property related topics
3. Create infographics, explore animation and data visualisations
• Explore and create interactive charts and data visualisations
• Support team in creating EDMS, infographics, reports, project information.
4. News tracking
• Collating public data for data analysis to be used for media releases, business reports and research reports, new clippings.
• Explore geospatial mapping, take photos to be used
Knowledge, Skills & Attitude
1. Creating dashboards, charts and slides
• To use AI tools or / and PowerBI to do data analysis, visualization.
• To use excel to create pivot tables, data analysis.
• To use google slides or power point to create charts and visuals to show market trends.
2. Create infographics
• To use excel to create pivot tables, data analysis.
• To use different visualization tools to create trends in motion.
• To use google slides or power point to create charts and visuals to show market trends.
• To do geospatial mapping by searching and input data.
