You are open to working across both Quantitative and Qualitative research, and excited by hands on involvement throughout the full research lifecycle.
What You Will Do
Design & Propose Research
• Translate client briefs into clear, value adding research proposals
• Develop robust research designs and costings with guidance from Consulting Directors
• Work with vendors and internal teams to finalise quotations and budgets
Run End to End Projects
• Manage projects from kickoff to delivery across quant and qual methodologies
• Brief and coordinate fieldwork and operations teams
• Conduct interviews, focus groups, desk research, and quality checks
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high standards
Analyse, Tell Stories & Present Insights
• Analyse raw data using appropriate analytical and statistical techniques
• Build strong analysis frameworks and insight narratives
• Write clear, client ready reports and present findings with confidence
• Support or co facilitate client workshops where required
Build Client Relationships
• Act as a key day to day contact for clients during projects
• Support the growth of existing accounts through reliable delivery and communication
• Contribute ideas that help clients see beyond the brief
Grow With the Team
• Mentor and guide interns (strong expectation at Senior Consultant level)
• Participate in internal initiatives, process improvements, and special projects
• Adhere to company quality standards and best practices
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in applied statistics, sociology, strategic marketing, business communications or psychology
- Market Research Consultant: Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Senior Market Research Consultant: Candidates with stronger, relevant experience will be considered
- Willingness to work across both Quantitative and Qualitative research
- Ability to communicate in English; Mandarin / Bahasa / Tamil is a plus for regional collaboration
